Our Mission

Starting in a basement with a flip phone and yellow pages for prospecting, our President had the vision of helping employers navigate the difficult waters of insurance benefits. He first started working for another agency at the age of 27 and began his journey to become a part of the Presidents Club at Kansas City Life and helping reduce the cost of medical benefits. Eventually Ron would leave his position at a well established brokerage firm and ​start the company we know today as Security Plus, LLC., with his mission of bringing clearer benefit choices, excellent service, and more comprehensive coverage...for less money. Security Plus, LLC now services clients in 7 states and continues to grow as we continue to develop solutions to difficult situations that employer groups are facing today.
